Dessert Recipes You Need

Hey folks,

Thought I'd share my two favorite dessert recipes, which as usual come from my favorite recipe blog.

You just need them.  :)

Love, Miriam

Easy No-Bake Cheesecake

1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
                ½ cup sugar
                1 Tbsp. lemon juice
                1 8-oz. container Cool Whip
1 6-oz. prepared graham cracker crust
Desired toppings, e.g. blueberry pie filling, raspberry sauce, graham cracker crumbs, fresh   strawberries, or chocolate syrup for drizzling
* Note: Double the filling if using a larger pie crust or if you want the pan be heaping with cheesecake goodness
In a large bowl, whip together cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth and lump free.  Mix in Cool Whip just until thick, creamy and combined.  Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.  Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or until set (if you’re in a hurry, put it in the freezer for 1-2 hours).  Serve cold with desired toppings.

Triple Chocolate Cake
                1 chocolate cake mix
1 4-oz. package chocolate pudding mix
                1 ¾ cups milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
                1 12-oz. package chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour a 9 or 10-inch Bundt pan.  Sift together cake mix and pudding mix.  Mix in milk and eggs until well combined.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Pour into pan.  Bake for 45-50 minutes.  Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto serving plate.  Top with a sprinkling of powdered sugar, or my personal favorite—fresh whipped cream and raspberries.
